What the parcels actually are

Florida publishes 100 DOR use codes and thirteen of them are vacant or unimproved. National platforms collapse those into one "Vacant Land" checkbox. Code 099 is unclassified acreage, the buildable rural tract. Code 096 is sewage disposal, borrow pits, drainage reservoirs, marsh, sand dunes and swamps. Mailing both at the same rate is how a campaign wastes money.
