A CSV cut of a public government parcel record for the county, town, municipality or state named on the page you bought from, filtered the way you asked at checkout, packaged as a zip with a README that names the source, the filter and the pull date. It is delivered to the email address you gave Stripe, as an attachment or as a download link, normally within the hour and always within one business day. The pull date printed on the page is the date the record was pulled from the publishing agency; the file describes ownership as of the agency's own assessment date.
It is a verbatim cut of a public record. We do not correct, enrich or verify individual rows, and the publishing agency, not us, is responsible for their accuracy. It is not a consumer report and is not to be used for credit, employment, insurance, housing or tenant screening decisions, or for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You are responsible for using it lawfully, including any Do Not Mail, Do Not Call and state privacy rules that apply to your campaign.
You may use the file inside your own business without limit. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the file or any substantial part of it, and you may not represent it as your own compilation. Each state's own license or terms for the underlying record are listed on the data sources and licenses page and apply to you as well.
See the refund policy: if the file is not what the page described, reply to the delivery email within 30 days and we fix it or refund it.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a purchase is the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the cost of a mailing built on the file.
