What we collect
- At checkout, through Stripe: your name, email, billing address, the place and filter you typed, and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store the full card number.
- When you email us: whatever you write.
- Nothing else. These pages set no analytics or advertising cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout.
Why
To pull and deliver the file you bought, to answer you, and to keep the purchase record tax law requires. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a marketing list because you bought a file.
Who else sees it
Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (the mailbox the file is sent from), Vercel (hosting and the download store for large files) and Neon (the database that holds the order record). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
About the data in the files
The files themselves are public government records: parcel ownership and mailing addresses published by state and county agencies. If you are a property owner and want to know what a public roll says about you, the publishing agency is the place to correct it; we do not alter the record.
