Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (the mailbox the file is sent from), Vercel (hosting and the download store for large files) and Neon (the database that holds the order record). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
The files themselves are public government records: parcel ownership and mailing addresses published by state and county agencies. If you are a property owner and want to know what a public roll says about you, the publishing agency is the place to correct it; we do not alter the record.
