Read this before you buy. New Jersey's public MOD-IV file carries no owner name. Not for this town, not for any of them. What you get is the address the tax bill is mailed to, with ZIP and often ZIP+4. That is enough to mail, and it is how absentee owners are found here, but if you need a name on the row this is not the right file and you should not buy it.
